Our phones aren’t ringing in Houston, of course – but in Grünheide near Berlin. Likewise, we generally aren’t getting calls from astronauts up in space. Instead, we hear from truck drivers, vehicle fleet managers, distribution experts as well as employees in workshops and fleets. And we don’t tell them how to get back to earth safely from their moon mission. Instead, we support our callers on any questions they have regarding all Knorr-Bremse products and systems, to ensure every vehicle can get back on the road quickly and safely. That is our mission!

Our TruckServices hotlines are open to any questions. Anyone who needs support with Knorr-Bremse products can give us a call. The range of callers is broad: Sometimes, we hear from vehicle lovers who can’t find original replacement parts for their older vehicles. We can help them look for alternative products. Sometimes, we hear from distributors who need information on an ordering status, availability or product delivery times. The sales hotline is happy to provide further information.

Solving problems with specific models

Sometimes, we hear from callers with technical questions on new vehicle models. Our technical hotline provides competent expertise thanks to close collaboration with Knorr-Bremse development and product management. We are always up to date to ensure there are no open questions, including troubleshooting problems. The technical hotline is staffed by experts with years of experience at Knorr-Bremse. They can provide answers to any technical question and find any fault. They do so using the error protocol, if necessary through adjustments using the model, or through remote connection to the customer's computer. Once they have found the fault, they can call the customer back to clarify the issue. Problem solved.

Driver helpline – immediate help, 24/7

Our helpline for commercial vehicle drivers rings particularly loudly. After all, it is our goal to get every truck into the workshop and then back on the road as quickly as possible. Just one call is all it takes – we can find the easiest way for customers to access their nearest Knorr-Bremse Expert Network Partner.
