The decision to opt-in/opt-out from the new concept should be taken by a workshop until their contract renewal date. So if a workshop wants to opt-out, they can still be a Expert Network partner free of charge under the old terms until their contract renewal date.

Together with our partner RewardCo we will provide a fully digital solution for redeeming financial incentives. For Knorr-Bremse distributed products and services there will be direct discounts established.

A new signboard will be distributed to Expert Network partner workshops. The current signboard will need to be returned, details of which will be shared in the meanwhile.

The audit will continue to be performed by the dedicated Knorr-Bremse sales representative. The audit intervals will stay the same at 2 years. There are a few criteria which have been modified to reflect the evolution of the required quality commitment from workshops and support requirements from Knorr-Bremse and the market.

The updated concept will go live in the beginning of 2025.

Yes, by passing the mandatory partner commitments, our partners are able to join the concept and will automatically receive the standard partner benefits. For availing loyalty incentives, workshops need to also meet further criteria which are a reflection of going the extra mile in the partnership. For further details contact your local sales representative.

All the mandatory criteria are a must-have. Meeting all other criteria is not a requirement to be a network partner.

Further details can be requested via your local sales representative. For partners who agreed to stay in the updated concept, there will be a dedicated dashboard in the customer portal which will show all the criteria.

In the customer portal there will be a dedicated dashboard that shows the last audit´s performance of the partner. Reports from old audits can be downloaded in a dedicated section on the page.

Yes, basic hotline will be provided to all workshops free of charge. For additional support, non-partner workshops can avail them at an additional cost.

A non-partner workshop generally can book all publicly offered products and services from Knorr-Bremse. NOT buyable benefits are all loyalty incentives, extended part service, parts bonus program, discounts, marketing support, dedicated partner portal.
