Reach all new levels with Electronic Levelling Control, or ELC for short. It allows you to control and adjust the vehicle level and to control lift axles for vehicles with air suspension. To do so, distance sensors measure the distance between the chassis and axle beams. The goal is to move the vehicle to a certain level, regardless of its load. Electronic Levelling Control delivers better comfort while driving and improves vehicle handling as well. Drivers of commercial vehicles with air suspension also have an easier time on the loading ramp and can use ELC to optimally align their vehicles with the ramp. The kneeling function lowers the vehicle. This development is used with buses, in particular. The kneeling function lowers the level of the bus on the entry side, making it easier for all passengers of differing needs, to get in and out.
